Time: Please arrive directly at the ticket office 30 minutes prior to departure.
Pick-ups: Pickup services are available for an extra charge but must be booked at least one hour before departure.

Weather Policy: Whale watching is subject to sea and weather conditions. If we must cancel your tour before departure, you will be offered a full refund or the chance to reschedule. (Note: To help reduce environmental impact, tours may occasionally be shared with eco-friendly operators).
Cancellation Policy: A 100% cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled 1 day (24 hours) or less before the scheduled departure.
