Good to Know
- Duration: 1.5 to 2.5 hours (The length of the tour may vary depending on how early or late the lights appear).
- Meeting Point: Old Harbour House (Ægisgarður 5b, 101 Reykjavík). Please arrive for check-in exactly 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
- Pickup Service: If you selected the optional hotel pickup service, your pickup window is between 45 and 75 minutes before departure. Please be ready in time.
- Weather & Nature: The tour takes place in wild nature and is highly dependent on favorable weather conditions. The operator reserves the right to cancel if the weather or sea conditions are unsafe.
- Sightings Guarantee: The Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon, and sightings can never be guaranteed. If the tour operates but no Northern Lights are seen, refunds are not issued. Instead, you will receive a voucher for a free return trip, valid for up to three years!
- Booking Cut-off: Can be booked up to 30 minutes before departure, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).
