What to Bring
- Clothing: Please dress warmly in windproof layers. It is always much colder out on the open ocean than it is on land!
- Footwear: Flat, sturdy, and closed-toe footwear.

Good to Know
- Duration: Approximately 3 hours.
- Meeting Point: Old Harbour House (Ægisgarður 2, 101 Reykjavík). Please arrive for check-in exactly 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
- Pickup Service: If you selected the optional hotel pickup service, your pickup window is between 45 and 75 minutes before departure.
- Infants: Infants are welcome but must sit on an adult’s lap during the tour.
- Weather & Nature: The tour operates in wild nature and is dependent on safe weather conditions. The operator reserves the right to cancel the tour if sea conditions are unfavorable.
- Sightings Guarantee: Marine wildlife is unpredictable, and sightings can never be 100% guaranteed. If the tour operates but no whales or dolphins are spotted, refunds are not issued. Instead, you will receive a voucher for a free return trip, valid for up to three years!
- Booking Cut-off: Can be booked up to 15 minutes before departure, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).
