- Location: The ticket office is located at Geirsgata 11, 101 Reykjavík (Old Harbour).
- Time & Check-in: Please ensure you arrive and check in at the departure point at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

- Minimum Passengers: All departures require a minimum of 2 passengers to sail out. If there is only 1 passenger booked, we will reschedule you for another time/date or offer a full refund.
- Eco-Friendly Operations: For environmental reasons, trips during slower periods may be combined onto a shared boat with our trusted eco-friendly partners. This ensures we keep the coastal environment pristine by reducing the number of boats on the water.
- Cancellation Policy: A 100% cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled 1 day (24 hours) or less before the scheduled event.
