📍 Meeting Point & Logistics
- Location: The ticket office is located at Geirsgata 11, Old Harbour pier, 101 Reykjavík.
- Time & Check-in: Please meet us directly at the ticket office at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure.
- Pick-ups: Hotel pickup services are available for an additional charge.
Good to Know & Policies
- Exclusions: Snacks and beverages are not included but are available for purchase at the onboard bar.
- Eco-Friendly Operations: For environmental reasons, during certain times of the year, trips may be combined onto a shared boat with trusted partners to ensure fewer boats are on the water.
- Accessibility: Some of our boats are wheelchair accessible. Please contact our team in advance for more information and to arrange assistance.
- Weather Policy: The Northern Lights are governed by the weather. If the trip is cancelled before departure due to poor conditions, you can change your reservation to the next available day or receive a full refund (so long as a previous rescheduled tour was not already used).
- Cancellation Policy: A 100% cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled 1 day (24 hours) or less before the scheduled event.
