Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 72 hours or more before departure and receive a 90% refund (10% retained for administration fees).
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure or no-shows are non-refundable.
- If the tour is cancelled by the operator due to weather or safety conditions, a 100% refund will be issued.
