- Weather Dependent: The tour operates based on weather and aurora forecasts. If conditions are not promising, the tour will be canceled, and you will be informed via email (usually before 18:30). In this case, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Sightings Guarantee: The Northern Lights are a highly unpredictable natural phenomenon. If the tour operates but no lights are seen, refunds are not issued. Instead, you are offered a free return trip to try again, subject to availability.
- Child Car Seats: By Icelandic law, children under 135 cm must use a child car seat. The operator does not provide these; you must bring your own if traveling with a young child.
- Age Requirement: The minimum age for participants is 8 years old.
- Booking Cut-off: Can be booked up to 15 minutes before departure, subject to availability.
