- Meeting Point: Old Harbour House (Ægisgarður 2, 101 Reykjavík). Please arrive exactly 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check-in and gearing up.
- Health & Safety Restrictions: Due to the fast and bumpy nature of the boat ride, this tour is strictly not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with back or neck problems, or anyone under 4 ft 8 in (145 cm) in height.
- Age Requirement: The minimum age for participants is 10 years old.
- Weather & Minimums: The operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour if weather conditions are unsafe or if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
- Sightings Guarantee: Marine wildlife is wild and unpredictable, so sightings can never be guaranteed. If the tour operates but no whales or dolphins are spotted, refunds are not issued. Instead, you will receive a voucher for a free return trip on a standard whale watching boat, valid for up to three years.

- Free cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).
